These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of UseLoyalty, including our website, product, dashboards, APIs, and related services. By using UseLoyalty, you agree to these Terms.

If you use UseLoyalty on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

UseLoyalty provides tools for businesses to create and manage loyalty, rewards, referrals, tiers, badges, missions, and customer engagement programs.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services over time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

You may not share access in a way that avoids plan limits, compromises security, or allows unauthorized users to access the services.

Businesses using UseLoyalty are responsible for the loyalty programs they create, including reward terms, eligibility rules, expiration rules, taxes, disclosures, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws.

UseLoyalty provides software tools and does not guarantee the performance, availability, legality, or redemption value of any reward offered by a business using the platform.

You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so.

• Do not violate laws, regulations, contracts, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or consumer protection requirements.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe systems, bypass security controls, or interfere with service availability.
• Do not use the services for deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, spam, or unlawful campaigns.
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the services except as allowed by law or written permission.
• Do not submit data that you do not have the right to process through UseLoyalty.

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the order form, checkout flow, invoice, or written agreement that applies to your account.

Unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing information accurate.

UseLoyalty and its software, design, trademarks, content, and related materials are owned by UseLoyalty or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of UseLoyalty intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the services. You grant UseLoyalty the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content and data to provide and improve the services.

The services may integrate with or link to third-party products, websites, APIs, analytics tools, scheduling tools, chat tools, payment providers, or infrastructure providers.

UseLoyalty is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

If either party receives non-public information that should reasonably be understood as confidential, the receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and will use it only for purposes related to the services.

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UseLoyalty disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

UseLoyalty does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for reviewing your loyalty program and customer communications with appropriate advisers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UseLoyalty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UseLoyalty's total liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the amounts paid to UseLoyalty for the services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the services or other users, fail to pay fees, or use the services unlawfully.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
